A full buyout includes seating for up to 58 for a seated dinner inside or up to 100 guests for a cocktail party, along with three high-top cocktail tables, a community table, and seating at the bar. The covered patio extends the experience outdoors with a cozy fireplace, relaxed lounge furniture, and adjacent green space perfect for casual networking, yard games, or sunset cocktails.

For mid-sized groups, a partial buyout includes half the dining room and patio, maintaining the same ambiance in a more intimate layout.
